Our GTTV (Groom Tiger Times Vision) broadcast program had a successful year. As a matter of fact, the work of our students received so much attention this year that the professional arena football team in a city located 45 miles from Groom requested our students to help with their camera and production work – as a paid gig.
In addition to being a part of all of this work, I have had the privilege of working with the school’s computer director to get certain things opened up for the journalism department computers, and to have some computers wide open creating concern about responsibility. So together with Mrs. Roskens we have been policing the classroom, and keeping everyone on track.
