Groin pain.
SUBJECTIVE
Mr. Yabsley is here for followup after he was seen in the clinic yesterday for groin pain. An ultrasound was ordered and is available for review today. Mr. Yabsley reports 9/10 pain located just behind the pubic bone which radiates up into his hip and lower left back. He describes the sensation of pressure in the area similar to what he felt when he had appendicitis. This is not the first time he has experienced this pain. He was seen before incarceration and treated for epididymitis which was a diagnosis of exclusion. He was treated with clindamycin, Bactrim, and metronidazole on three different occasions. He reports that he has had at least five of these painful episodes since February. He
