Throughout an 11 year stint as a Derivatives Trader at both JP Morgan and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, I Ross Tawanda Mtangi have seen, helped, and been a part of, many young people’s careers in finance. As a Harvard graduate I know what is like to struggle, persevere, and achieve one’s goals, and I have seen that same determination in Grisilidis Lopez.
