After reading the Grimms’ brothers Cinderella, it is clear to me why fairytales were not written for children audiences. The part where the sisters cut off their feet to fit into the shoe was surprised me as I am used to the Disney version of Cinderella. I do like how all of the Grimm’s fairytales have been adapted into movies and other version by various authors and directors. I believe that it is amazing that a person can take someone else’s idea and create a whole other story that provides a different feel yet, keeps the most important themes and problems. The Grimms’ brothers are so very talented through their stories and have such an imagination. Fairytales are so original and each specific story is so different than the others. The Grimms
