In the article entitled “‘How Did This Happen?’: Grief and Fury After Florida Shooting”, writer’s Julie Turkewitz, Patricia Mazzei, and Audra D.S. Burch discuss the Florida Shooting and how the Country is suffering a terrible loss and is in a state of mass panic. First the writers explain how the FBI had “failed” to warn the school when they got a tip last month that Nikolas Cruz might kill people at a school. They further stated that the FBI director is being called out on his actions and that he has been asked to resign. The reading also goes into details on a few of the students funerals and how in honor of the students many of there friends and peers gathered to honor them.
