Practice a bedtime ritual. Find a relaxing activity that can help you fall asleep easier. Maybe turn on your Spotify and listen to some nice slow jams with the lights off. Stare off at your ceiling and think about how you'll never be Beyoncé. Anything that wouldn’t cause too much excitement, stress, or anxiety. Which includes Social Media being turned off. There's no possible way you'll be able to relax when your eyes is blared at your bright screen. It may feel like a death penalty, but it actually works.
If you're still finding trouble going to bed, avoid those excessive long naps in the afternoon. Yes, it may be tempting, but it'll be a huge struggle to actually go to bed when you're now full of energy. Stay strong, be active, keep your eyes open, and find activities to do during the day. Vigorous exercise is great, but even light exercise is better than nothing. You'll be more closer to that summer body and of course a better chance of waking up early. A win-win
