If you're still finding trouble going to bed, avoid those excessive long naps in the afternoon. Yes, it may be tempting, but it'll be a huge struggle to actually go to bed when you're now full of energy. Stay strong, be active, keep your eyes open, and find activities to do during the day. Vigorous exercise is great, but even light exercise is better than nothing. You'll be more closer to that summer body and of course a better chance of waking up early. A win-win
