“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12, “Mama Tried” Review: Callie and Arizona’s Bitter Battle plays Out in Court
Every viewer knew that it was coming but no one had thought that it would turn out so badly. Episode 22 of the current season would definitely be remembered by audience for tearing hearts apart and estranging one of the most adorable couples- Callie and Arizona.
It all started with the duo reaching the court where the proceedings begin. Owen and Meredith supported Callie while Arizona had Webber and DeLuca on her side. Though none said anything indecent, Penny was caught on the wrong side. When asked which grade Sofia is in and what she was wearing the present morning, Penny screwed up, dimming Callie’s chances.

The Anatomist: A True Story of Gray's Anatomy When I started reading “The Anatomist: A True Story of Gray's Anatomy” I didn't find it interesting, I don't know if it was because it was a book about another book or because I thought it was going to be like Gray's Anatomy the show but it wasn't. However, the first thing I noticed about this book was the illustrations, they were magnificent. The bibliography was the other thing I noticed, I always knew that you needed sources to make a good book, but Bill Hayes had eight pages of sources!…

The movie “Friday Night Lights” is based on a real life best seller “Friday Night Lights: A Town, A Team, and a Dream”, by author H.G. Bissinger. The movie’s setting takes place at Permian High School in Odessa, Texas in 1988 when the tension between races were still strong in some areas of the south. There is some focus in some areas of the film that has to do with racial tension and the ongoing conflict between the student body and the city as a whole. Even though desegregation had happened by the time the book was written and the film was made, the schools at times were still racially divided. I also felt the movie showed how this football program exploited their black athletes.…

The video that I chose is from this year’s Primetime Emmy Awards, which celebrates works of excellence in the television industry. It’s Viola Davis’ acceptance speech after she won the Emmy Award for Best Actress in a drama series. She became the first African-American women in the ceremony’s 67-year history to win in that category. She used this large platform as an opportunity to address the lack of diversity in the entertainment industry and what essentially stands in the way of women of color to be successful.…

A few years ago my parents introduced me to one of the most watched television shows in the United States, "Grey's Anatomy." Though the show was mainly advertised to showcase the drama aspect of it, I was only drawn to its medical component and the extraordinary ways the producer of "Grey's Anatomy" presented the characters. The ways the doctors did everything they could to save their patients, especially when they were in unusual situations that required them to make use of techniques they have never thought of before was memorizing to me. The characters put babies back into their mother's wombs to "cook a little longer", cured a child's autoimmune disease with inactive HIV cells, and even dissected an "inoperable" tumor from woman's brain. These remarkable incidents are one of the sources of…

Right and wrong is relative to the experiences and specifics of any given circumstance. Right and wrong in parenting is no different. George Saunders explores the theme of correct parenting in his short story "Puppy" by thrusting the reader into the consciousness of two mothers on opposing ends of the spectrum. The muddied parallax, stream of consciousness narration of "Puppy" develops the struggle of parenting and the role that life experiences have on parenting style. "Puppy" opens to a mother (Marie) driving her two children to pick up a puppy they found from an advertisement.…
