No I do not believe Gretchen MacCauley is behaving in an ethical and professional manner. Gretchen did not fill out the materials requisition form like other employees have to. Because she did not fill out the form her immediate supervisor could not approve or deny her. Futhermore, Gretchen is cheating the system because she reviewed all the purchase invoices for the past year and used the lowest price to compute the amount due to the company for the lumber.
