Children and teenagers, such as Greg Ousley, who commit serious crimes should not be let out of jail on parole. In the year 2019 Greg could potentially be let out of prison, if his family approves. Out of anger, Greg killed his parents when he was just fourteen years old. Being in prison for over half of his life he does not knowing much of any other life out of prison, causing him to be a possible threat to others.

Greg exclaims that he feels he is a changed person and looks forward to the possibility of being let out on parole. How can one determine he has changed and will not resort back to his violent ways? Living in the enclosed structure of prison is not a good environment to learn proper social skills. Greg has been living in
