Greenwich University is a mid-sized, four-year, public institution located in the heart of a city in the northwestern part of the United States. The university boasts a very diverse population of approximately 16,000 students. The campus overall is very diverse and multicultural relationships are apart of the campus. The Office of Student Activities is home to over 100 different clubs and organizations on campus, including a thriving number of various religious organizations. The office handles the student body and is responsible for developing and implementing a smorgasbord of culturally diverse and multicultural-rich programs as a testament to diversity at the institution. In addition, all students at Greenwich University pay a student activity fee which is used to fund the co-curricular life of the student Population. After a thoroughly review off the information, I believe the problem is the within the student organizations. As you see can some organizations on the campus are celebrating different activities because they see other organizations on campus doing the same. What ever happened to asking someone is okay to do this event at this time? It seems like there is not …show more content…
Ann with host a town hall meeting with Susan, Sarah, Joan, and presidents of the many organizations on campus. In addition, each president will speak on how they feel about the current issues they are facing on the campus. Once those issues have been established, we will all work together to create some rules for each organization to abide by or their will consequences if their group is teasing another. Finally, each group will appoint an advisor that will report to Ann. This advisor will be in charge of enforcing the rules, giving Ann the time and dates of events, and keeping the president and organizations informed on
