Here we are decades later in the 21st century, still wrestling with the paradoxes and theories of leadership. Well, interestingly, the concept of servant leadership over the years still draws attention among scholars, theologians, and researchers in our culture and society today. Arguably, the concept of servant leader has led debates and thought provoking question, as to whether the leader is consider servant first?
