FACTS TO BE DETERMINED
We the legal department of Greene’s Jewelry is requesting specific documents to be sent over to The Company for the purpose of establishing a better case. We also have several subpoenas against Howell Jewelry World. These documents are listed as follows:
1. Documents/Statements proving that The Company did in fact terminate the position of Junior Executive Secretary. This will aide in The Company’s favor, to prove they did not unlawfully terminate The Defendant because of her being pregnant.
2. The nondisclosure agreement (NDA) The Defendant signed upon being hired with The Company. This will help prove that The Defendant did in fact violate the nondisclosure agreement between her and The Company.
