In Four Fish, Greenberg informs us of the four different types of fish that are the most common in restaurants. The four fishes are salmon, sea bass, cod, and tuna. Salmons are fast creatures that require to live in clean, or oxygenated rivers. Salmon suffer from the damming of rivers that are crucial to their spawning cycle. The book says that Chile is the second-largest salmon-producing nation in the world today (FACT CHECKED: Chile is the second-largest according to http://undark.org/2016/03/08/chiles-salmon-industry-strangled-algae/). Sea bass have a unique bladder that causes them to be in a state of weightlessness. They are classified as belonging to a single scientific order, the order of Perciformes.
