Many people ask themselves how to become healthier and compassionate with our planet. Those people are the people that we need to change our world. We need people who really care about the pollution of our environment, we need people with compassion. If all humans’ beings had compassion, the world could be better in so many different ways. For example, if we have compassion for our environment we would take care of our planet and we could fix all the corruption in this world has. If we have compassion, we should be able to love animals and not torture them or eat them because they can feel, they have family and they are a huge important factor in our universe. Nevertheless, animals are an important factor in our world, the world would not be the same without animals. “In fact, you wouldn’t be here without wildlife. While that may seem like a heavy statement – it’s a true statement” ("The Importance of Wildlife: Human Survival Depends on It, 1"). Without going into the consideration of wildlife and its fundamental importance in ecology and preservation of the global environment, it is worth highlighting among pet two life forms that accompany man from time immemorial. For example, horses and dogs are pets for man. The particular case of the horse has been relevant, since their presence in the history of civilization makes it an unavoidable component of it. For canines, the surprising relationship that links them to humans dates back to the early days of both species on the face of the planet. For the different cultures, the dog has meant company, defense and countless other roles that make the dog in the animal reference when defining its importance in the joint path in passing to humans (2). Animals can feel and are smart too, as humans we need to considerate that they are a huge part of our world, for instance, we have to make them feel happy, content and make them feel part of this amazing world that God create for us because animals are a creation of God …show more content…
The main problem with this diet is the low supply of quality protein so we must combine the different foods that take very well to get all the necessary amino acids (2). In many cases, it may be recommended to take protein supplements. There is also the risk of deficit of B vitamins, calcium and iron. Obviously the more restrictive we are with our food more carefully, we plan what we eat, because as we have seen, any diet health guarantees if this is not balanced. However, to obtain full protein in our body we must combine the appropriate food and ear a lot nuts like peanuts, and almond. Therefore, there are many different steps to start becoming a vegetarian. “If you just want to become vegetarian for kicks, you probably won’t stick with it for long not because it’s hard, but because any lifestyle change or habit change requires a little bit of motivation” (“Zen Habits: Breathe,” 1). First, recognize foods that have meat you love. It might be a fan of soup, salads or pasta. This does not mean that only eat these dishes every day, because if you add too much flour and get fat if you just ingest vegetables, you may feel weak. But you
