Green Kangaroos Narrative

We nod at each other then go our separate ways not wanting anyone to see us together and get suspicious. Ron turns on our ear piece and in a hushed tone informs me that the ghost drive is located in a vault on the third floor. It’s in one of the most heavily guarded rooms in the entire embassy. While scanning the room, I think to myself that it will be very difficult to open without being noticed by people attending the fundraiser for endangered green kangaroos. As I’m looking around the room I spot my target, a 22 year old French man named Henry Emballage. He is the only person who knows the how to get into the computer. Normally, I’m not a field agent and just work with technology, but this computer runs on genetic coding and facial recognition, so it’s impossible to hack. Ron considers waterboarding him in the utility closet in the basement, but Henry would rather die than come with us, or Ron and I could get him drunk enough, but then again there are too many things that could go wrong. I’m jolted out of my thoughts by being yanked into the men’s bathroom. I immediately punch the person in the throat. Kengi stumbles back coughing uncontrollably. …show more content…
Kengi you scared the crap out of me” I shriek.
“JESUS! Why did you do that? It’s just me,” he exclaims while massaging his throat.
“Sorry, it’s reflex, but what are you doing here?” I stare at him awaiting his answer, but it’s becoming difficult for him to speak … I must have punched him really hard.
“I’m supposed to deliver the orange disk for Ron to download the missing files on, but the better question is what are you doing here, you’re not a field agent.” He says while raising his eyebrows.
“I’m here for the same reason Ron is, he needed someone to help find the files on the computer.” I say nervously, Kengi is the head of my department, so I’m not worried about my hacking skills I’m the best at what I do with computers, but I’m not the greatest close contact

As I stared across the bullet-torn battlefield I wondered how I ended up here; hiding behind a crumbling wall, clutching my gun as though it were a lifeline. I shouldn't have been surprised when a hand suddenly shot out in front of my face and smacked me upside the head. It was so unexpected that I nearly stumbled out from behind the rubble and right into the bullet whizzing by.…

Image One Mischief sometimes arises out of the most serene of circumstances. A glorious Autumnal sunset provided a stark contrast between those in the light on the stone wall above and those in the shadows on the ground below. Ralan watched a guard pause in his rounds up above and grinned. It was too perfect. The guard was well lit in his white armor and robes, while he and Raef could flee unseen amidst any number of shadows.…

The country of Australia was built on racism. This land was taken and those who first came here, such as Matthew Flinders and James Cook. They took the land away from the indigenous people of Australia and killed them off with no remorse. They looked at them as if they weren’t even human, as if they weren’t even worth keeping alive, and yet those same very people end up being revolutionary names in Australian History and even having universities named after them. Even after the complete settlement of Australia, we saw immense amounts of racism coming from the government.…
