Greek Past

The past..... Something that you should forget, as said by most adults, but most of the time we cannot follow that activity. As we read history, we discover the different types of "worlds" that used to exist before it was our time to take over the earth. Some of the eras that were existent before us might force us to think how amazing life would have been in the past while others will make us be thankful for being born in the twenty first century. No matter how history was, for us it is always intriging. Full of surprises and sometimes, dangers. We always end up thinking how amazing it would be for us to have the opportunity to experience the past. The foundation where all myths about gods and goddesses originated from. The creators of the myths told the history of the gods and goddesses as they know them and as they believed in them. We can never write myths like them because we don't believe in gods and goddesses as they did or still do. The greek myths can only be written by the Greeks themselves and always will. That will be my friend's and my main focus on this trip. [ Which reminds me that I haven't mentioned my friend whose name is Katie S. and will be accompanying me on this exciting trip. ] We are going to discover the inspiration in which they write the wonderful myths. Hopefully, we will get to assist in writing a myth .....maybe....maybe not.....depends on how nice and willing they are. Going into the past in a time machine and interacting with the people from that time period will be an excellent way for us to learn about their culture and beliefs then from getting that information from a book, which could have altered facts or details. By talking face to face with the people that go through this agenda daily we don not have the need to prove the truth value of the information. As for the information that we can proceed to learn, we can discover how different our lifestyle is from that of the ancient Greeks, compare the similarities that we both contain, and think on ways to improve our current lifestyle [ if the society would actually listen to our thoughts coming back, which I highly doubt ]. We might just learn from the people living in the past.

Our journey comes to an end....Sorrry. The planning of our trip comes to an end. After packing summer and winter clothes, due to our unawareness of the temperature conditions, Katie and me are ready to depart the present for the past.It may be dangerous for us, going into an unknown city into the past, but life is all about taking risks and evoking new passions. And you never know, going into Greece in the past, could evoke some new passions in us.We could just get habituated to this
