In Greek mythology, the earliest Greek myths was a part of an oral tradition that began in the Bronze Age, and their plots and themes gradually unfolded in their written literature of the archaic and classical periods. The Greeks believed that a man’s worth is based on his actions during his life. Also thy believed in gods and goddess. The personality traits that gods and goddess were based on were human personality traits, such as love, honor, dignity, and hatred. The Greek gods were represented with bodies, where they were given the most beautiful appearance. They were named according to the place of a living/non-living thing. Now the Roman mythology was a combination of rituals, beliefs, and observances about the supernatural. Just like the Greeks, they had gods too but they were named differently. Also like Greeks, Romans focused on their actions. Unlike the Greek, they are known for hard work and craftsmanship while the Greeks were known for their art and beauty. Sometimes you hear the two words, and just from that they differ in many ways. Well in one way that they do is that religion isn’t based on stories or any natural thing that had went on, religion is straighter forward. Yes you can choose which one you desire but also have to be committed to that one religion, be ready to follow the rules and the religion. Mythology also falls under the category of just finding facts to believe in them, then making a life out of it. One thing people find amusing with religion is how strong willed and powerful they feel with the beliefs they follow. And nowadays, religion is what most people are choosing. Mythology is more like what people used to follow during the ancient days.
