A few years back, he attacked my village with a lot of other men. They shot everyone even my parents. I watched them die right in from of me, the whole village. When the army men came to rescue us, he got shot in the arm. The other members of his gang ran away leaving him there. He fought the army under cover but when he saw me hiding under a table behind a cloth, he stopped shooting. The army men thought that the attackers had left and moved further into the village to search for survivors. They found nobody but him with me. He pretended to be a survivor who had lost everyone but his daughter and the army men believed him. Since then, he threatened me not to tell anyone about this, warning that he will kill me also, just like he did to the others. I am scared to even talk to people and very quite all the time.”
