The siege lasted 10 years and nine of them, the Greeks were demolishing the cities outside of Troy. Until one morning the Greeks left camp and left a wooden horse outside of Troy. The Greeks appeared as though they left leaving the horse and Sinon. Sinon influenced the Trojans to take the horse inside the gates but Cassandra and Laocoön tried to talk them out of it. Eventually, that night the Greek army led by Odysseus came out and defeated the city of Troy. After the war ended Helen went back to Sparta with Menelaus and after he died she went to the island of Rhodes and was hanged.
