Zues God of Gods

Zues the youngest son of the Titans Cronos and Rhea, was the first of all gods after he overthrew his father along with his two brothers Hades and Poseidon. Zues is an imposing figure among the gods and people often referred to him as "father of the Gods and Men". Zues is the king of the mount Olympus which is the home of the Greek gods. There he rules the world and imposes his will onto gods and mortals alike.

Zues lead the fight against his father, After he swallowed his brothers and was about to be devoured by him too. He forced Cronos to disgorge the stone of Pytho , that was a sign of mortal men and then his two brothers, this war was called Titanomachy. As a result the defeat of the titans who then were cast to Tartarus an underworld dark region,in this process he also freed the Giants,

Zues was sitting on top of the golden throne on Olympus, he revered by all gods and mortals as equal, he was called as the god who "brought peace in a place of violence" and they referred to him as "Lord of Justice". He created all natural phenomena related to the air and sky, such as storms, tempest and intense darkness. He had at his commands mighty thunders and lightnings , which will open the sky to rejuvenate the earth with life-giving water.

Zues had many roles as gather of the gods. These roles include: Zues olypios which means Zues Kingship over the gods, Zues Xenios whisch means that Zues was the Parton of hospitality and guest, and will avenge wrong done to strangers, Zues Horkios it meant he is the keeper of the oaths, exposing liars and having them make a statue of him in his honor, Zues Agoraeus , he supervised business at Argora and was in charge of the punishment to those who violated the rules or were dishonest traders. Among other roles Zues manage to keep the world safe and out of evils
