In the city of Temecula there are currently 31 wineries with only five breweries. This leaves this region of Riverside County nearly untouched with any kind of microbreweries. Tourist in Temecula alone spent $537.7 million in 2007 with a majority of the tourist going to the wineries (Surowski, 2014). While the woman are drinking the wine, why not give the men something to look forward to as well. Having a microbrew to pair up with wine will help drive tourism with a larger variety. Using the brand of Freedom Brewery, we will be able to tap into the tourism market while also bringing in locals. To do this a mission statement will need to be developed to show how Freedom brewing company with differ from any other competition.

Within a year Freedom Brewery seeks to have a tasting room in Temecula, California. We also want to have our beer in at least 10-15 local bars across town. The tasting room will also include tours and information on how we brew our beer. Along with the tasting room we will include flat screen televisions for consumers to enjoy their favorite sporting games. Within five years we plan to expand from a tasting room only into a full restaurant featuring only our finest microbrews across Southern Riverside County and North San Diego County. We also want to be able to partner with multiple wineries as well as having a tasting room inside of the Pechanga Casino. To help with this we will use an aggressive marketing plan. The more it drives consumers to our locations the faster we are able to expand Freedom Brewery as a
