1. What is your greatest lesson learned as a result of your reflective journal?
The greatest lesson that I have learned from the reflective journal is to analysis what had been happening during the day. I have to stop with myself and think about the best practice that I have seeing, and what things that need me to think about. I learned to observe, think, and analysis. Even though some practice does not fit and it seems to be inappropriate. I believe that everyone can make mistake, and it is normal to make mistake, but the greatest things is to correct what you did was wrong. I really learned from my reflections, I also learned much from my collogue in the discussion board.

I love this quote, it is a powerful thing to have the opportunity to have self-reflection and then grow into better more capable human beings. When I first read that the mid-term was a reflective response, my initial question to myself was “have I learned anything?” and the answer was “I don’t know what I’ve learned”.
