The greater gliding possum is a very interesting animal, this type of possum is different from the other spices because it glides. The greater gliding possum lives in the east coast and ranges of Australia. The can grow up to a 18.9 inches body and a 21.65 inches tail, and weigh about 3.3 pounds. Greater gliding possums are the largest type of possum, but unlike other tails the greater gliding possums uses its tail to balance wile gliding.

The greater gliding possum is one of the many spices of possums, the greater gliding possum is a nocturnal creature which means that they are active at night. As I said before one of the predators of the greater gliding possums is the owl, and sometimes they might not be able to hunt them but the greater gliders can get hurt. My association would help these gliders who get hurt for any reason. Also some greater gliders might have diseases or infections and my association will help on that. My associations will have volunteers from all over the world who are willing to help. I understand that there are many association that are already helping greater gliding possums but a little extra help might make a difference. My association is not only going to be focused in greater gliding possum’s, but in any other animal that need help. I think that many people will be interested in this idea because many people do care about animals and the environment. Now that I mention it the environment has a very important place here, because people are cutting down trees when these animals live. We can add the idea of a forest protection to the association. There are many problems when it comes to environment and animals but we can all make a difference if we help. There are many places were donations can be done.
