Great post Machele, the documentary was indeed tragic, the victims’ lives were changed forever due to something that is preventable. I could not stop my tears. Driving and texting is distracting, the driver takes their eyes off the road and forget about safety and endangers their life the life of a bystander. It takes seconds to cause an accident when the drivers take their eyes off the road; it can be because of texting, eating, reading a map or adjusting the radio.
The person I chose as a witness for my contract is my husband and my best friend for over twenty years. These two love me unconditionally, and I know if I have thoughts of suicide they will not hesitate to provide me with the help I need.
