Barack Hussein Obama is an American politician who served as the 44th President of the United States from 2009 to 2017. He is the first African American to have served as president, as well as the first born outside the contiguous United States. He was born on August 4 in 1961 in Honolulu, He grew up mostly in Hawaii, but also spent one year of his childhood in Washington State and four years in Indonesia. After graduating from University , he worked as a community organizer in Chicago. In 1988 Obama enrolled in Harvard Law School, where he was the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. Also he became a civil rights attorney and professor, teaching constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School from 1992

The first of these is being flexible in all situation also he must accept the opinion of others and their personalities. The second one is being able to communicate. leaders should be able to speaking with all kind of people and listening for people problem and try to solve it and share his ideas to the public. A third one is having courage, tenacity, and patience. Having the courage to stand alone, the tenacity to not succumb to pressure and the patience to keep fighting until you win the day and sometimes he must being able to do all three at the same time. The fourth important characteristic is the combination of humility and presence. Leaders have to be able to talk and listen to their employees on all levels of the company and he must respect their employees and he must be honest and fair. In this situation, a good leader should handle crisis and try to solve it. As a leader, Obama has a strategy to dealing with others through he has allowed others to make decisions, but other times he was strict and he did not allow for others to make important decisions This helped him to deal a lot with the crisis that he faces in his career.As a leader, you will deal with a lot of people and different people have different personalities and backgrounds which means that they could have a viewpoint that is exactly opposite to what the leader have in mind. A good leader is not a leader that will stick with his/her opinion but a leader that will listen to others opinions after listening he/she should start weighing the pros and cons for each opinion, then they could decide the best solution.
