Dearest leader, I urge you to follow the philosophy of Legalism to run your great empire on. Legalism is the best and most sound way to run an empire. To begin I would like to tell you about this philosophy and how it can be put into place to run your vast empire. You see humans are all naturally selfish and corrupt, every person's going to do what's best for them even if that means taking down your great emperor my Emperor. Whether it's committing murder or stealing some rice every person must be held accountable for their actions. That is why the only real way to deal with the humans living under your domain, is strong enforcement of laws that would restrain humans immoral behavior, and the downfall of your kingdom my great Emperor. If we institue fa Emperor we must come up with laws to control the people, laws that have punishments for every crime, so that this shows that all crimes are equal, my great Emperor this proves your great shi, if we publicly display these laws Emperor this will show your power, control, and this also shows that your fair. This shows you fairness by making sure that the people know that all and any rules broken will result in a punishment. All punishments are applied equally, without regard to rank or personal relationship, and societal order, everyone is equal. This will show that even you are like the people because you are subject to fa. I personally believe that you will be more likable in your people's eyes, they will be able to relate to you, because your subject to the same laws as them.
