Depression is the topic I choose, because it is the leading cause of disability in the United States among people ages15-44. Depression is a mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life. Depression is a medical condition that causes feelings of sadness or hopelessness in everything, things you enjoyed, and interfering with everyday life. The mental process with depression causes mood swings, and self-doubt, and weight loss. The causes behind depression are complex and not yet fully understood.
