As a new student here in the U.S.A, I had to read more about the great depression era, and its effect. During the great depression stage, most people couldn’t effort paying for their housing loans, which made them lose their houses. No one could effort to buy a house. There were towns which made by homelessness. So, the National Housing Act started the Federal Housing Administration in 1934. The same for many other organization which were founded to make up the losses. The Federal Housing Administration used some of the federal government’s investments to secure the housing loans, let people back to work, and make people buy homes again.
