1. Great dane. The Great dane is one of the breeds with the shortest life span. It has a life expectancy between 7 to 10 years. Despite its short life span, a life with a Great dane is full of happy moments considering its sweet and eager nature. It is also people oriented and will make a great companion and working dog. It is quite easy to train and responds well to training with positive reinforcements. However, a Great dane will not be comfortable living in apartments. It will require a big space for it to move around because of their huge size.
