1. Statement of Gratitude for the past week
I thank really thankful for the new friends I made and get great people at Juniata, and may more friendships to come.
2. Strengths
This past week have been challenge but also a growing time for me. A friend was struggling with her homework so I asked her if she need help, with her work she said yes so we stand down in the lounge of Sherwood, and I helped her with her communication homework, because I also was in the class and I knew and understood the assignment. She was really corruptive with me and didn’t argue with me, but she asked me great question with helped me make sure I truly understood the reading for the book. There where parts that I was unclear on so I had to go back check what a few key ideas were. Help this girl out with the assignment showed me my gift to for helping people when I see them struggling.
3. Weaknesses
I had really had time make sure I got my homework done this past week. I think it was partly adjusting to a higher level of academic standards then at the high school level. There was also a lot going on this past week with move in day and all the freshman mandatory activates, that was before class started so I don’t really have an excuses for not getting work done. My health has not been the best lately, I have a heart problem and it has been getting slightly worse since I when to my specialist and it had increased from 21% to 27% arrhythmia of my normal heart rhythm and I really need to get more excise because that is make the rhythm go back to normal. Eating healthier can also help to my overall health, that could be not eating fries and pizza for lunch and dinner every day, I am going to throw a salad in my meals somewhere during the week, baby step I cannot reasonably change my well-being in a week in more like months to get where I want to
