Grapevine Mills is located in a busy area, off highway 121 and Grapevine Mills Parkway, where it is two miles north of the DFW International Airport (About Us, n.d.). Grapevine mills is in a great location, because it is in the Dallas-Fort worth Metroplex, which is a very busy area. The shopping mall is more than just a location, it more like a destination where you can spend a day or even a weekend, where you can check into the local hotel, enjoy some shopping, dine-in and you can even catch at movie in their in-door theater that is next to the mall (Shop, Wine and Dine in Historic Downtown Grapevine, 2006). Grapevine Mills has 6 parking lot entries and exits. Most of the entries and exits are convenient, but Entry 2 and 3 seems to be more
