Dear judge. This is my Declaration regarding our case
For Grandparent visitation. I Am the father of the 3 children
And the son of the petitioner Victoria Montano-Burke. I’m writing
This letter for the concern of our children’s health and wellbeing.
Our children have been full of stress and also poor eating habits.
Are youngest child Logan Arnold has been chewing his fingers and
Bitting his nails ever since this visitation has started. Our middle child
Mason Arnold has been eating poorly and his attitude has changed
Ever since this took affect. The one that is more concerning is our daughter
Rayleen Arnold, ever since this happened she has been having multiple accedents
Soiling her pants. She has also been acting out on her brothers verbally

I and my wife have been trying real hard to speak to mrs Montano-Burke
Via text message and or verbal wean possible. The last time we both have spoken to her was
Wean a pick up was supposed to happen.
Mrs montano-Burke acted very childish and tried pulling me by my arm to talk in private.
I politely Said no and she continued to raise her voice at me and my wife with our daughter
Standing there. All we were asking is for our children to have privacy wean getting dressed,
Taking showers/Baths,etc. instead of agreeing or giving us an ok I will do so, she Rebelled
On us and stated I quote “I can do what ever I want”.that right there just shows you what type
Of person she really is. Again We are the parents NOT her!! I’ve been in this same situation wean I lived with her in years past. I don’t need my children in this type of environment.
The biggest concern we have is mrsMontano-Burke is fond of Consuming a lot of Alcoholic
Beverages daily, also added she is on multiple medications. Anyone who reads that should
Take to consideration that’s a red flag. If she cant manage to drive, lift,or even keep
A job how is she able to take care of our children. Her

We have been through it all at her daycare, My brother and I would always have fist fights; one time Deanda broke the daycare window because he slammed my head into the glass of the window. My great grandfather would pick us up from daycare, and she would tell him if we got into trouble which we did a lot. One day Ms. Lady came out to my great grandfathers truck and told my great grandfather about our bad behavior, and from that point on my great grandfather gave her permission to whoop us.…

The five cognate strategies I have chosen are Clarity, Conciseness, Arrangement, Credibility and Tone. Below we will look at how these five cognate strategies can be used in business writing. Clarity: There is no doubt that a business writing which is clearly written gives your audience or the intended receiver a clear understanding of the content of your message. For example, let say in two weeks time, there is going to be an announcement in the office, but however I wish to personally inform you that by Friday next week my position in the office will void or empty because I will be going to our Jakarta office to accept a five year's assignment over there. Furthermore, I am going to keep you updated as soon as further…

Introduction The family as a primary source of social support is very important in promoting active and healthy aging. Increased life expectancy may create multigenerational kinship networks to provide family continuity and emotional support when needed. These multigenerational families are characterized by cross-generational reciprocity and interdependence – grandparents and grandchildren sharing over three decades of life and bond (Hooyman & Kiyak, p.345). Grandparenting is an evolving role affected by social changes such as “women in labour force, distance, divorce, remarriage, reconstituted families and international adoption that have seriously altered the classic family structure and the challenges of grandparenting” (NACA, 2005. p1).…
