II. News stations blow everything out of proportion. There is a fact that more murders happen because of movie violence than violence in video games. Video games and video game companies seem to always be blamed. There are multiple murders where I can name the movie they took their masks from. I won’t though because the movies were controversial even before there were crimes committed in the name of it. Murders blamed on video games have a lot less evidence against them. It’s actually been proven that you get more angry from racing games games than you do from playing shooter games. I actually find randomly murdering civilians in Grand Theft Auto very stress relieving. I like being able to do anything I want without consequence. That’s also very helpful because learning the consequences from your actions will make you less susceptible to committing crimes. i found from my 11 years of gaming that you get more frustrated from losing than you do when you “die”.
