Grammar usage on social media is an issue that is plaguing our nation every day. As the average person clicks over to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any social media for that matter, there are posts littered with grammatical errors. The main epidemic of flawed grammar plaguing social media is the dreaded difference between you’re and your, as well as the difference between there, their, and they’re. The most troubling part about this is how annoying the grammatical errors are to look at. Any time an individual goes on social media and sees somebody misusing these words, they want to take their phone, put it underneath the tires of their car, run it over, and then throw it into a lake, just so that they no longer have to see moronic posts …show more content…
I have put much thought into this plan, and I am aware that every human being could possibly make a mistake at least once in their lives. For this reason, I have come up with the most comprehensive plan that could possibly be found. After the first offense is committed, said grammar misuser will be given an android to use for the rest of their lives. They will no longer be able to own an iPhone, as iPhones are a privilege and not a right, therefore can be taken away at any time. After the second offense, the perpetrator will be required to use a flip phone for the rest of their lives. After the dreaded third offense, at which point this person should be beyond embarrassed to even own any social media accounts , their phone will be permanently confiscated for the rest of their lives. This is simply the only solution, because if their phone is not confiscated, they will just continue to make grammatical
