Illustrating the decision making process through an example to examine the information and knowledge needed to ensure effective decision making, and to ensure the decision is effective or not during the help of decision making process GP used the eight decision making process in order to fulfill their objectives & target and they are discussed below:

By gathering information from the internal source will help GPto take further decision regarding any changes within the organization and also regarding new projects that they are going to execute depending on the human resources they have loan and funds they can retain to carry out the whole new plan, etc.
In GP before executing any new decision, they had an internal informal discussion between directors and managers followed by the worker/employees regarding their new decision/project and found out most of them has a positive perspective, as well as putting an external informal meeting with the government/suppliers regarding their views on the upcoming project they are going to execute and lastly depending on the views of both the internal and external sources of information, and after assuring that the overall decision is positive, GP will thus start working on their new
