You’re walking down the streets of London, England graffiti, littering every wall you look upon, all of them are visibly made with passion, but, it is controversial to whether graffiti is acceptable or abominable. Every year graffiti artists are charged millions of dollars for their art-related damages, even with the permission of property owners to do their artistry.
