First example, graffiti generally doesn't really do anyone any harm. A piece of artwork is not going to harm you in any way shape or form. It's similar to a piece of artwork on the wall. It's not something that can physically hurt you, it may emotionally but, everyone gets hurt emotionally eventually. Graffiti has it's pros and cons, but there are times where it can harm people. Expression of emotions are very important. Seeing the way people think is very interesting and this art helps display this very very well. Many things are expressed with this art, some would be events that are currently happening throughout the world.
Finally, whether or not graffiti is illegal or not it is broad casted everywhere. It's on social media, the news, newspapers it's everywhere. The outlook of the peoples are only makes them want to do more artwork because of how famous their piece had gotten due to the media that had covered it. It's just something we will see everyday, just like food places, everywhere you go they are there. Graffiti will never stop legal or not so you might as well make it legal, because the adrenaline of it will not continue if it's legal and it will slow down the amount of it.
Clearly, graffiti should be legalized. This topic will continue to get worse if not legalized. This will continue to be a topic of discussion forever if done so also. So we might as well legalize
