Graffiti, the act that constantly tips on the edges of either art or vandalism, and this same situation has been going for decades now. I'm here to stand my ground on how graffiti may be illegal in some places and outlawed in others, but it is still a strong form of art, which has shaped many key elements of the modern large cities.

I the fourth video, one of the veteran graffiti artists begins to explain on how graffiti "created the important emotions" from many different places. With this sharing of information through art leaves the viewers with a true image of what is or what could be, instantly shaping the thoughts or different viewpoints of others to better understand a situation. In video 3, we were shown some of Banksy's work, where many of his pieces symbolize political issues or recent events, like the depiction of a homeless man with a sign that says "forget coins, I WANT CHANGE". This shows the level of meaning you can put into a piece like this, and something that could then be understood by many can show a whole perspective on the matter, and possibly be something that many people can agree with.
On the other hand, some me disagree that graffiti is true art because of that many times its illegal, as you find that it is more commonly done on someone's property without consent. Although, the issue here is that the term art is a subjective term, as in article 2, it is states that "the debate on whether graffiti is art or a crime is pointless because, ideally, it is both".
