It did not hold much thought to see that this is extremely accurate, I recollected my past writing and what my vision of quality writing is and it all lead back to how a textbook is written, dry and uninteresting. That became my new mission, to grow and create my own voice to stand out from the ocean of the individuality of every other academic writer. A tip that was given to start the process of style development was to find a writer of your liking and mimic their style and try to adapt it to your own. It turns out that I have been doing that all along, there is a YouTube channel that I would watch called “RegularCarReviews” in a nutshell, is parity car reviews about just regular old cars and not the flashy cars like other mainstream automotive journalists would do.
