Dear 6th Grader, Welcome to Lathrop Middle School! You have now reached 6th grade and I know it came so fast, I mean you were just in Elementary School now you are here. Don’t worry though we will all welcome you with open arms. It actually seemed that my year in 6th grade flew by so fast that I didn’t even see it coming.
My favorite part of 6th grade was the dances, I just absolutely loved them. There is 4 dances for each quarter, a quarter is like 8 weeks all year and there is 4 in all. There is posters all over the walls telling what time the dance starts and when it ends, the usual range from when the dance starts and ends is from 6:00 to 9:30, somewhere around that time. But you will not be able to go if you have any detections. Yet,

    Throughout reading “Commencement Speech, Kenyon College”, I found this short story very inspiring to read as I found myself doing more research on this essay because I was so interested in it.
