Graduation Speech: Valley Falls School

This is our week to honor the incredible team of teachers that we are so blessed to have in Valley Falls.
We truly appreciate the meaningful work that our teachers do every day, not just during this week where the accomplishments of teachers are celebrated in classrooms all across our district, state and nation.
I am reminded every single day that Valley Falls teachers are dedicated to the success of each and every child. They provide hope to the most needy young citizens in our Valley Falls community. They provide stability in attitude and attention to every detail of a child’s life and they understand the profound influence they have on the lives of kids. Valley Falls School District’s teachers are meaningful partners in the raising of our community’s children.

It is true that teaching is a calling, not a profession, and I am so honored that our teachers have chosen Valley Falls School District as a place to make a difference in the lives of others.
