Good morning Dana,

Thank you for sending me all of your documents. I just looked at your 2016 renewal and since we received your 2016 payment and disclosures we can process your Transfer to Inactive Status today. As an Inactive member, you are still required to submit your annual license fee payment and submit your three disclosure forms by January 1st. You have until March 1st of each year before you are given a late fee. Failure to pay your license fee and submit your disclosures can result in a suspension and fines.

Once your status has been changed you are no longer required to submit any CLE credits etc. nor will you have to send us your Trust Account disclosure form. You will have to pay $125.00 and submit your Child Support, Liability Insurance & Pro Bono disclosure forms each year. …show more content…
