Student M has been attending the mentoring program this month. She feels very happy with the academic progress she has made within the last couple of months. She is also looking forward to spring break as she plans on using this time to catch up on any uncompleted assignments. Student M feels prepared and ready for High School; however she is still struggling in math. Although Student M’s math grade is below Ms. Fernandez liking, Mr. Fernandez is content with his daughter’s commitment to seeking support and giving her all to her school work. Student M will continue attending the mentoring program; she will also continue seeking additional math support by her math teacher during her free time.

Student K however, is doing well academically, her English speaking and reading skills have also made a great improvement. Ms. Tamarez remains happy with her daughter’s academic performance; she is also looking forward to attending her daughter’s sports events. Student K will continue attending Saturday program as well as work to maintain her overall grades.
Britney
Student B has decided to no longer attend mentoring program as a result of attending volleyball practice with her team. Student B is a great student her grades are excellent. Student B has demonstrated change in her behavior as a result she has remained out of trouble. Ms Hernandez is feeling less stressed as her daughters behavior is improving for the best. Student B will continue to work towards maintain good behavior in school.
Pablo
Student P has decided to stop attending the mentoring program. Student P is a good student however; he has been demonstrating behavioral problems. Ms. Leonardo is expressing great concern with her son’s behavior as this is something new for her son. Student J s a good student, she has been attending Saturday English program. Student J has decided to entire the SYEP lottery in order to keep herself busy during the summer break. Ms. Disla is happy with her daughter for trying her best and making progress in her English class. Student J will continue attending the mentoring program, she will also continue attending Saturday English class as well as seeking support from her sister when necessary.
Ashley
Student A has been attending mentoring program this month. Student A is a good student; she is still struggling with Math but has made great improvement in her English course. Student A decided to enter the SYEP lottery as a result of wanting to purchase new clothing for High School, she knows the students at Fashion industries are very fashionable and she wants to better prepare herself. Mr. Baez is pleased that his daughter is interested in working to buy her own necessities. Student A will continue attending mentoring program she will also work on improving her math grade.
