I am a big advocate for mental health as it has helped me out greatly. I have had problems ever since middle school with depression. I have just recently started to get help for my other symptoms and have been diagnosed with bipolar 1 as well as social anxiety. I am glad that I did that as I finally realize how unstable my emotions were. I take medication and see my psychologist and psychiatrist on a regular basis to check to see how I am doing. I also monitor my own emotions because I know when something is off and I can then schedule an appointment with my psychiatrist or psychologist to help me with these problems. The problem that I face is that I have gotten so used to being sick, so hat it feels comfortable and I have to be willing to be uncomfortable and be willing to ask for help when I need it. I know that having a healthy mind and body is important for you to be able to live a happy and healthy life and want other people to know that if they need help they shouldn’t be afraid to get
