I’ve attached a screen shot below as well as details on where you can find the information. Our Member Services Director is going to be out today as well so I was unable to speak to her about your concerns as of yet. I will follow up with her tomorrow when I see her. We strive for excellent customer service and after speaking to Jim we were able to add this information on our website.
