Decent Essays
Hello Parents/Guardians,

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving break. I am Lizbette Rivera, mother of Alexis Rivera. I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with your children while I volunteered in class. The children are smart and a lot of fun to be around. I have also had the pleasure of meeting most of you, as for those parents that I have not had the opportunity to meet yet, I hope we meet in the near future. I am reaching out to discuss volunteer opportunities and to provide Mrs. Jahne with a gift for the Holidays. Mrs. Jahne is looking for volunteers to assist her with art work activities on December 5, 6, 7, 12 & 13 from 9:00-10:30. If you are able to volunteer during those hours please contact me. Also, if you would

Pete Hegseth once said “ Memorial Day isn't just about honoring veterans, its honoring those who lost their lives. Veterans had the fortune of coming home. For us, that's a reminder of when we come home we still have a responsibility to serve. It's a continuation of service that honors our country and those who fell defending it.” It is important to defend your beliefs because positive statements rather than negative statements about others will be most effective.…

Greetings, Class of 2023. Today, we get to celebrate the culmination of our thirteen years of hard work in school with graduation, and I have been asked to deliver this year’s commencement speech. I would like to thank all of the people that have brought us here: family members, teachers, principals, and people who would go out of their way to encourage us to keep trying hard even in the midst of failure. Without you, we would not be standing on this stage today. I would like to start by defining the word “commencement.”…
