This opportunity provided me with valuable knowledge in managing litigations, sales, and exploitations, administration, comparative study of internal and external communication tools as well as creation and improvement of internal and external communication tools. I also learned different customer service mechanisms while working at Credit Agricole Mutuel Guadeloupe, France. Additionally, my volunteering involvement as childcare and home worker allowed me to engage with a broad range of people of different level of ability.
