SWOT Analysis
Strength
I believe that I have good research skills and it will help me with the graded unit as it will enable me to find more information in great detail. The graded unit project will help me build on this by finding the confidence to speak to people on top level of an organisation and also help me with my organisational skills.
I also feel that I take on any constructive criticism. I always receive criticisms in good faith and use that criticisms to better myself in whatever I'm doing. It would be very useful in my graded unit as any feedback I get from my lecturer, it will only tell me that she expects more from me and I should improve to enable me to get a higher grade.
Weakness
One of my weakness is my stress management.

The researcher wants to find out why turnover has rocketed in recent years in BUPA care home (Deanfield) and how is it affecting the running of the home. To achieve this aim, I will have to conduct a few methods of research which will include both primary and secondary research. The primary method will be a mixture of questionnaires, face to face interview as my. The manager, the supervisor and two senior carers will be the people that the investigator will carry out the interview on. The questionnaires will be answered by the carers working on the floors. The investigator will also look into reports that the company has previously carried out. Finally use the internet to find information about other homes concerning the impacts of high staff turnover. The primary research method that would be used are a mixture of interviews and questionnaire. The questionnaire will consists of few questions that can be answered quickly without disrupting their work. The questions will focus on the issues that staff had encountered during the constant changes of staff. These questionnaires will be given out to the researcher's colleagues and will consist of a straight forward answer, however there will a couple of questions that the research will ask to elaborate on to give the investigator further detail in to the question asked. There will be the use of both interview and questionnaire to find how the remaining staff found the motivation to continue working
