On GI, the team produced $706,409 million APE as of December end which is 8% above their target generating a GR of $90,612.

The team submitted a GR of $2,581 for the month and YTD, they have issued $383,859. Recruiting Arabic speaking consultants is a challenge to Ramez. We lost Basel Serhan and recently and we are also in the verge of losing Surayya Abdulla from his team. Contribution towards GI is very minimal with an APE of $116,451 for the year.

• Rajeev Kuttan – GR Target – $1.04 Million GR (Life & Savings) + $21,200 GR (GI). The team achieved 63 % of the monthly target by submitting $656,573 of GR. Rajeev closed the year by issuing $682,147 of GR. Contribution towards GI is very minimal with an APE of $96,998 in 2016.

• Vinesh Tanwar - GR Target – $1.03 Million GR (Life & Savings) + $365,000 GR (GI). The team submitted $25,644 GR in December and issued $31,312 achieving 30% and 37% of their monthly target respectively.

• Sandra Saksena – GR Target – $686,800 GR (Life & Savings) + $53,200 GR (GI). The team has achieved 46 % of the December target, generating a GR of 26,333. YTD, they have issued $503,493 of GR on life and savings and $99,914 (187.8%) GR on
