The legal definition of stalking according to the “State Stalking Laws,” is the willful, malicious, and repeated following or harassing of another person, with the intent to place that person in fear of death or serious bodily injury. However, stalking is not always when there is a fear for one’s life. If somebody constantly watches another person and makes them feel so uncomfortable to the point where they fear for their life, then it is considered stalking. This is quite humorous, considering that the government places its citizens under a constant watch list. Considering that citizens are tagged with a number and are constantly monitored, that can potentially pose as a case of stalking. Yet when people do their research and gain knowledge regarding the government, depending on how good of a case they have and if they are able to get people to stand with them, they either randomly disappear, die of an unknown sickness, die of an overdose, or are killed. Which turns into a tale of conspiracies and are tossed to the side because to most people it only looks as if those people were murdered, suicidal, or at the wrong place at the wrong time. Yet when people try to understand and figure the conspiracies out, they cannot simply search it on the internet. They cannot simply go on the internet and search because firewalls that the government places, filters out any information that they do not want their citizens getting a hold of.
